dispatch in a shared mailbox

Hi,

I would like to know if an application, tool, or just a rule could fix my problem?

I want to dispatch randomly the emails received in the sharedmailbox to specific people, as the would be responsible of that email.

    Thank you for posting. I totally understand your concern. However, there is no built-in function/rule for your scenario within the Outlook to achieve your requirement.

    You may try to contact our Outlook developer support team to see if they can provide any workaround (such as Macro/VBA script). Please post your question in the office-outlook-itpro support on Microsoft Q&A forum and there experts’ will focus on the requirement to further assist you.

    In the meantime, we are also welcome community members for sharing if they have any related information or any 3rd party solution.
