Missing random emails in Inbox

I am missing emails from Feb 25-March 24. Today is March 25th. I did a search for a sample of emails and they are not in any other folders. Please advise as soon as possible, as there are critical emails missing and additionally, very concerning for this to occur. The missing emails are gone from both my Outlook app and on the web. And I do not have any auto delete or filing rules set-up.

    Hi Angela

    This has happened to me this morning everything from the 15th March to 30th March, I have not deleted them and they aren't in my deleted items. They aren't on any other browser, just disappeared into thin air. Tried the recovery nothing, tried looking on the outlook cloud nothing. Again important emails that I need to respond to for work.

    To get a better understanding of the issue and provide a resolution suitable to your concern, kindly provide the following information:

    Which Outlook version are you using on your computer?

    Which email server (POP3, IMAP or Exchange) are you using?

    Have you check with different web browser and your mobile?

    When are you search for that email on the search bar do you see the email?

    See if your emails are in the Deleted Iteams folder > Recover Items deleted from this folder. this folder will keep your deleted emails for 30 days and you can recover them.
