Which Outlook version are you using on your computer?
Which email server (POP3, IMAP or Exchange) are you using?
Have you check with different web browser and your mobile?
When are you search for that email on the search bar do you see the email?

See if your emails are in the Deleted Iteams folder > Recover Items deleted from this folder. this folder will keep your deleted emails for 30 days and you can recover them.
