They told me my REPUTATION is too low, thats why I have no SAVE button. << This is generally only on new accounts - they basically don't want people creating accounts and immediately forwarding. But in the past, the options were grayed out or the page wouldn't load.

You build reputation by using the account and entering personal information in your Microsoft account (phone & email for security proofs, physical address etc) and sending messages. A subscription with a credit card gives it a big boost too.

Reputation is higher now and SAVE button is there << That was quick. If it happened soon after you contacted them, not sure I want to believe it was just reputation.

    Thanks for the update.

And one more thing... (another bug?)

Why does it say "Something went wrong" here?

    It always does...

    • I turned all extensions on my browser OFF (the only one was AddBlock)
And sure, my Chrome version is always the newest one... automatic updates
      What am I doing wrong??

    Diane,

I also tried the mobile website on my android phone (outlook.com), and would have loved to change the FORWARDING settings there, but - there is no mail forwarding setting. Nothing. I am unable to find it (I found all other settings like automatic reply, signature... - but no mail forwarding)

    Hi Diane

    Thanks for your reply.

Whatever browser I use (Chrome, Firefox or Edge), there is no SAVE Button.

Whatever zoom Level I use, there is no Save Button.

    I use a 15.6" laptope screen with 4K resolution

    • standard is that on Windows the Display Zoom Level is set to 250% (makes things readable)
    • I zoom in the browser, maybe from 100% to 25%..or 175%
      there is no SAVE
    • I set my screen settings (windows - system - display - zoom settings) from 250% back to 100%
(thats image 3). You see how small all fonts are and all icons? Thats 4k resolution at 100%.
Anyway, there is no SAVE / DISCARD button...

I believe there is a bug in the website code that is hiding the div with the SAVE button

Image shows EDGE - no SAVE button, any zoom level...

    Image

Image shows FIREFOX Browser - no SAVE Button (at any zoom level)

Hi, I'm Diane and will be happy to help you today.

there is NO SAVE button.. ok << Can you scroll down? Is the bottom of the page white or gray, with the mailbox visible under the gray? If no to either, try lowering the zoom so the full page appears or log in using a private browser window. https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/f33ee194-2f2f-4a7c-85b0-e36a715e7488?platform=QnA
