Hi,
I am in the process of migrating all of our company distributions lists from static to dynamic. The dynamic lists I have set up all appear to have to correct number of recipients, however we are unable to expand the list in Outlook when using it.
When clicking the + symbol to expand the list the following error is presented,
"Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient".
It is imperative that we are able to use this functionality as there are occasions when a distribution list is a starting point and some members will need to be removed from a particular email.
I have checked local and server side restrictions on the list as suggested in other threads but the issue remains,
Can you help please?
TIA
Dave
