Can't edit Outlook Groups

Question

I cannot edit an existing Group in Outlook that I recently added and own. When I click "edit", I get a blank screen.

I've tried on multiple browsers with the same results. Please help!

Definitely seeing the same issue here. This is quite ridiculous actually. It's been like this for days. At first I thought it was browser/cache related but it just doesn't work from any browser or OS.

This is not a minor bug. So much for quality releases.

Thank you Diane! It doesn’t solve the problem, but at least I know the issue and that someone has been notified. That is excellent customer service!

I’ve deleted everyone from my group and started a new one. The only thing I can’t do now is change the group picture, but that’s not important.

It's a bug - Microsoft is updating the web interface and broke some things. :(

If you need to add or remove members, you can do that from the Members section in the reading pane but cannot current make other changes. I don't know if Microsoft is aware of this but will pass it along to my contacts in support.

I'm having the same issue. I tried to chat with Microsoft today but I'm at work so remote assistance is not available. They said they are unable to open a ticket at this time because I'm the first report they've had about this issue. Just letting everyone know in case they want to report it as well so they can open a ticket and figure out a fix.
