Email Template not Found

I have created email templates in Outlook which are saved in a CPU folder and accessed only by me.  I have been getting an error when attempting to open any template where it says: "The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found".  That error then causes that file to not be able to be opened.

You may try open Outlook in safe mode to check this issue.

In the meantime, create a another test email templates to see whether the problem still occurs.

    Dear Craig Markhardt ,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

Based on your description, first of all please try logging in on OWA (Outlook Web Application) to check the results, if everything works fine on OWA, then try the following methods to help me narrow down the scope of the problem:

In the meantime, if problem persists, I would like to collect more information so that I can do more research:

    What's your type of account?(business account/outlook.com/pop account/imap account)

    What's your type of subscription?

The complete screenshot which includes error information and error code you got.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,
