calendar changes as delegate not saving

I am a delegate for multiple people and when I try to update a calendar event (either change the date/time or add attendees) from Outlook desktop app, it reverts back to the original. It will pop into the new slot on the calendar for a moment, then go back to the original time. Or, when adding attendees, if I go look back into the event those new attendees are not saved/sent. This is happening on both recurring and single meetings. It does not happen on the web browser version, but that is a lot less friendly to use regularly than the desktop app.

    Hi EmilyScheduler,

    Good day.

Thank you for connecting with us on Microsoft community.

According to your description, before moving forward, I need to collect couple of information to narrow down your situation.

    * Initially may I please know or collect detailed screenshot page about what Office version number you are using recently?

    * I need to know if you open Outlook in safe mode, are you getting any difference?

    * When this scenario has started to happen?

    * Could you please confirm me whether this situation is still happening with one Test recurring and Test single meeting when you send update with some changes?

    * Does this scenario occur with any other users in your organization under the Outlook desktop application if they have delegate? If you can test this to double check certain situation.

I will be waiting for your next update about it. I will do further analysis and provide you information accordingly.

Thank you again for your kind cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Darpan
