Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar

May I know what version of Outlook are you using?
Firstly I would recommend you update your Outlook to the latest version and make sure your office apps are up to date see Update history for Office for Mac and remove Office license files using the license removal tool, then open any Office app and try to activate.
If the issue persist please share a full detailed screenshot of the error message.
