The steps will be different depending on your operating system.

Windows makes use of the Apps & Features category (applies to Windows 10). The corresponding category in Windows 11 may be called Installed Apps (depending on the specific build of Windows 11).

    Mac OS requires manual uninstallation.

    Dear Barbara,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft forum.

As you haven’t mentioned in your post, I am not sure whether you are using Mac or Windows OS, on the other hand you have stated that Outlook doesn’t appear in Applications, I am assuming you mean the Applications folder in Finder on mac, right? Please correct me if I misunderstood anything.

If this is the case and Outlook app is not visible in Applications folder in Finder, then go to the Applications folder at the root level. If Outlook app is not showing in Applications, maybe it’s in a different directory or you’re only looking at the Applications folder in your user account. Also, check Download folder, it might be possible that you forgot to copy Outlook app from there to Applications.

Click on the Go menu and select Macintosh HD to display the root directory contents, open the Applications folder and check if Outlook app is there.

Alternatively, try the following method to find the app:

    1. Press the Option key and then click on your Apple menu.
    2. Select System Information.
    3. In the left pane, go to Software and select Applications, it might take a minute or two to populate the apps installed on the device.
    4. Check if it shows Outlook, then check its details, you might see the information about the app location.

Besides, please check the following article, see if this helps deleting Outlook app:
