    Kindly share the following information with us:

    1. What version of outlook do you have?
    2. Have you tried clearing cache in outlook for mac Clear the cache in Outlook for Mac (microsoft.com)?
    3. Have you tried to update both Outlook and Mac OS?

    Meanwhile, I suggest restarting your Mac and entering Safe Mode for macOS to check if the issue persist in safe mode, Update Office for Mac automatically (microsoft.com) as the Outlook crash issue can often be resolved by upgrading.
