Why isn't my windows activating after reinstalling from local

I recently reinstalled through local files and I didn't fully wipe the computer, I was activated fully on windows 10 home and now I'm not. I've tried to check my PID and my product key through ProduKey and it shows them but on settings it is very glitchy and sometimes shows my pid and sometimes doesn't. Can someone please provide me with an answer or some type of way to get windows activated again, also I tried to update my computer and it said that It couldn't update it. (here is what happens if I try to activate it again with my activation key from produkey, (0xc004 f012). Also when I attempt to troubleshoot it doesn't let me, even though I'm connect to the internet via ethernet.

    @Luka Abell
    Hi,
What is the presently installed version listed in Settings > System > About?
Firstly, you are certain you have the correct edition installed.

Try to Activate Windows 10 from Command Prompt:
1] Close all open tabs and programs.
2] Open an elevated Command Prompt and execute the following:
    slmgr.vbs.ipk <product key>
4] Next, type the following and hit Enter to activate the product key:
    slmgr.vbs/ato
    Windows 10 should be activated.

You can also try to activate Windows 10 by phone. You need to call Microsoft for this.
1Type ‘Slui 4’ in Start Search box and hit Enter.
2 Select your country and click ‘Next’.
3 Keep that window open and call the toll-free number for your country.
4 The automated system will give you a confirmation ID which you must be ready to note down.
Type this confirmation ID in the box on the window and click ‘Activate’.

There is also a new Version of Windows 10 coming out any day now, so you can manually Upgrade to it by the most stable method which might correct the problem and also bring you current to the latest version. Install the Media Creation Tool from this link:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
choosing Download Tool Now, install the tool, open it and choose Upgrade this PC Now.

Hope above information can help you.
