Automatically include BCC email address on replies or signature

I have to send a lot of replies and a copy needs to be sent to a database via a specific email address.

Is there a way to apply a rule or set up whereby the same email address is automatically included when I press reply?

I'm using the signature function each time I send a reply as it contains information which needs to be included in all the emails too. Can Outlook apply a BCC address when I choose the specific signature?
