Is "microsoft@ myonlinesecuritysupport. com" a legitimate microsoft email address?

Question

I received an email that made it past the spam filters from email address "******@myonlinesecurity.com" with realistic looking logos stating there was Fraudulent Activity and that "Someone in Bogota Columbia attempted to log into your account several times". There were three hotlinks to click to "report" "accept login" or "block login".

I assume this was a phishing attempt. Please advise!
