Bookings Cannot Remove Customer Fields

I would like to remove the Customer fields in the Bookings form. I went into settings for each "Service" which are our laptop carts for checkout. I do not want the Customer fields there, just the Staff radial buttons so that staff can click on the radial to checkout the cart.

I go into Settings for each Service (laptop cart) and uncheck the Customer fields (we used to click on the fields to disable them) and save settings. However, on the Bookings form for each edited service the Customer fields still show??

    Dear frankie.clark,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

From your description, I am assuming that you are aiming for this view as shown below Without the custom field available.

This view is only available when using group service.

From your screenshot, I can tell that the laptop carts is a 1:1 service.

For 1:1 services, by default the custom field will be shown even if they are neither highlighted nor required.

The reason for this is that this view is from the business owner view, and the changes in the custom field is from your customers side.

The effect of your changes are seen from your customers side as you can see from the screenshot bellow, when checking the published booking page, your customer will only have the name as a required field for the bookings.

However, when the booking is done by you, the option is still available.

Giving this situation, I am assuming that you like to give a feedback for the improvement of the product to better suit your need, seeing that at the moment this option cannot be hidden from the owner side, please visit our feedback section to suggest the added option. Thank you for your kind understanding.

    Sincerely.
