Sharepoint templates not showing in Microsoft Word or Powerment

Hello,
I am having trouble with the asset library/templates set up in my Organisation's Sharepoint showing in the Microsoft Word and Powerpoint Apps.

I go to create new Document from template and I see the Organization name there but no templates are listed.

Previous syncing with Sharepoint to Teams and Onedrive have been an issue, so I wonder if that has something to do with it?

I use a MacBook Pro and have the apps downloaded onto the desktop.

Please check the template extension, you could not see the template if the extension is not correct, for example:

“.potx” for PowerPoint Template and “.dotx” for word template.

What is the syncing issue happened to Teams and Onedrive? Could you tell me more about it?

I don’t have the environment of MacBook Pro, per my test it works well on windows, you could try it on windows first.

@Yi Lu_MSFT thanks for the reply. However I do operate on a MacBook and not windows (I do not have access to windows). Is there someone else who could check this for me?

I've turned off one drive sync as when I was putting posts in Sharepoint news they were not auto-syncing to Teams. Seems to be something having between all of the "syncing" between my platforms.
