Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Hi
I just wanted to say I managed to find a solution to this issue, the exchange server needed some windows updates applying.
Thanks
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have a frustrating issue where Outlook for Mac has stopped automatically pulling emails from our on premise exchange server, you have to click the send & receive button to get it to pull any new emails through.
I have tried researching this issue but so far had no luck finding a solution and it is effecting every Mac in our company.
Thank you in advance.

I have tried safe mode but still no luck, I have also contacted Outlook for Mac support but they have been no help so far and very slow to reply.
