I need to add an Outlook.com account to my phone. I can only add it manually due to issues hard to explain. I would like to know what are the manual settings. The settings that I do not know are "domain" and "exchange Server".
Can anyone help me with this information.
The phone is a Android Galaxy S21 (yes, I know that normally I should be able to add the email through the automated process but in this case I cannot.

Hello Neil13764
Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.
Unfortunately, there is no way to <manually> configure an Outllok.com account using the Exchange protocol. This is true of all hosted Exchange accounts - not just Outlook.com
Hi Neil. I'm sorry but I'm out of ideas. Let's check with the other experts and see if they can help.
If I use the Outlook.com app everything works but the app is terrible and the email account is not seen by the other apps (like default calendar and default contact apps).
So I am trying to install the icon shows a colored "M" and says "Exchange" and then doing it manually since the automatic does not work properly
Hi Neil! This is Raech. I'm a fellow Outlook.com user and I'm here to help.
Just to clarify, are you trying to set up your account through the native mail app on the device or the Outlook mobile app?
If through Outlook mobile and you see a Connect Exchange screen after entering your email, please tap the ? icon at the top and select Change Account provider. You should be able to select Outlook.com on the next screen.
