Constant authenticator notifications

I am getting authenticator notifications constantly, 10 per minute for one of my Hotmail email accounts. What should I do to make it stop?

    There is nothing you can do other than turn off the Notifications for your app and only turn them on when you need them.

    Some suggest doing something around creating an alias for your account and making it the primary, but I wouldn't recommend it.
