Of late some emails received (but not all) when opened are in computer language -HTML? and therefore unreadable by me. How do I change this so that all my received E mails are in English and therefore readable.

Many thanks

    Hello,

Does that mean you are unable to read what I am sending you at all? Can you at least read this reply?

If possible, are you able to get on another device where you can read these replies?

Many thanks for a very quick reply to my question regarding the above. However I am unable to understand what it says as it is in computer language-html. Therefore I am unable to take what action may have been suggested . Where do we go from here?

    Many thanks

    Trevor Osborne

    Hello,

First, it would be really helpful if you could provide us a bit more information on this. What device is this issue occurring on and does it happen on all the devices you use to receive emails? What applications do you use to receive emails and does the same thing happen on all of them?

Could you please also let us know if this happens with any specific senders or if the emails with the problem have anything in common.

    Best wishes.
