I keep geting this and i just installed a new version

Please kindly try to reoair office application to check the result: Repair an Office application

In addition, I would like to confirm whether you want to ask questions about Excel or outlook?

Following are some methods what I have found, please try to check the result:

If the issue happens right after you clicked the Excel icon to start the application without opening any workbook, please try opening Excel in the Safe Mode by the following steps to check if this is caused by the add-ins:

  1. Close all Excel windows;
  2. Press Windows key + R to start Run;
  3. Paste the following command in bold into Run and press Enter: excel /safe

If the issue still exists in the Safe Mode, to check if some other applications caused this issue, please check if this issue could be produced after performing a clean boot on Windows.
