Error Message 452

I have just received an error message "Invalid recipients were provided for the message: '9722' (452 Too many recipients received from the sender)" when trying to send an email to 50 people who I email every week. I did an update today so I think this may have caused this issue. How do I rectify? Thank you.

    I have now worked out how to send you a screen shot and have done so.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I am not very computer savvy but ...

    • I have a Mac and I have been using Microsoft Outlook on an Exchange server I believe (not the cloud).
    • I am using an IMAP account.
    • I have a personal Microsoft 365 Family
    • I opened my Mail account (which I never use) and the email sent but without the graphics
    • I am sorry but I cannot work out how to send a screen shot to your account. Do I click on the link and then attach the screenshot?

    As per your mentioned description about "Error Message 452" To understand the situation and be able to offer you relevant suggestions, we would need a little more information from you. Kindly help us in providing the following information.

    • May I know your current environment? Is It Exchange Hybrid, on-premises exchange (Exchange server) or pure cloud?
    • May I please know the account type are you using? Is it POP, IMAP or Exchange account?
    • May I please know if you are using Microsoft 365 Business account or Microsoft personal account ?
    • May I please confirm that you get same behavior after creating new outlook profile? Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support please do not delete old profile to prevent the loss of your data.
    • Would you mind to kindly provide the entire screenshot of the error or bounce message you are experiencing via private message for further analysis and the privacy of your data?
    • Would you mind to kindly provide the screenshot of the outlook version are you using? Kindly go to File-->Office Account For data security reasons, please provide some above requested information in private message. Here is the steps for private message: Click on Account manager-->my profile-->View private message. (See below screenshot)

    This requested information will help us to narrow down the scenario and find the right troubleshooting.
