Hi

I have the following problem.

I have a resource called boardroom. What I would like is that it automatically decline meeting scheduled that has a conflicting meeting already booked.

Settings:

When I schedule the first meeting I get a accept returning mail

When I schedule the second meeting, same time I get a tentative returning mail

I want it to automatically decline the second meeting because of the conflict.

What setting am I doing wrong?

thanks

    Hello Gerrie,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

Based on your description, I understand you want to auto decline scheduling conflicts for a resource mailbox.

As an exchange admin, can you try turning off conflicts to the resource mailbox through exchange PowerShell module using command below as example?

    *Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity *****@contoso.com -AllowConflicts $false

Reference: Set-CalendarProcessing (ExchangePowerShell) | Microsoft Learn

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
