Hello Folks,

We had to disable a user account and leaving his Exchange license active with Auto reply. The thing is the auto reply got stuck.

If I make a new auto reply, it appears both the old and new auto reply.

is there any way to remove it?

Thank you!

    Hi Momo,

Does this occur when the user accesses their Outlook on a different Outlook client? it appears for me as a sender from Outlook and OWA.

Please share the Outlook version being used? O365.

Does the automatic reply appear when sending mail to internal and members outside your organization? it just appears as the attached pic.

    • From your screenshot, no automatic reply has been set.

If the old reply does not appear in the settings mentioned above? it is not shown here.

    • I have created a new profile for him.

    • Please share the Outlook version being used? You may refer to What version of Outlook do I have? (microsoft.com)
    • Does the automatic reply appear when sending mail to internal and members outside your organization , please confirm this by navigating to file > automatic replies and clicking on the Inside my organization and check and also Outside My organization (Off), and make sure the reply is removed in both sections:

If the old reply does not appear in the settings mentioned above to narrow down the issue, please try the following suggestions and share results with us:
