Not Receive SMS verification Code

Question

I created a new Hotmail account almost a month ago. I need to add my phone number as an additional verification method as I already add my alternate email for verification. When I added my mobile number, I did not get any SMS code from Outlook. For checking purposes, I added my Family Member's number but still code not been received on his phone also.

I cannot understand where is the problem from. My Location is Karachi-Pakistan. I get all codes from other platforms but only not getting any code from Outlook. Please guide me in this matter.

Hello Mr Nelson and thank you for your continuous support. Yes I received confirmation sms codes from all other platforms but still not from my hotmail account. I think there may be some issues in hotmail account. But i did not found where is the issue from.

Thanks for your response Mr. Nelson. I access my account on desktop web browser and tried Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome for it.

Also clear the cache and web history for clean browsing but not resolved.

Please guide me.

Please how do you access your outlook account, is it through the web browser (outlook.com) or through the outlook app?
