    Dear Emily Lanyon,

Good day to you and thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

According to the error code in non-delivery report, it seems you’re blocked to send emails in organization. Please contact your organization admin, let him sign in Microsoft 365 Defender portal at https://security.microsoft.com/restrictedusers to check if your account is listed there and unblock your account. After done, you may need to wait for a while (within a few hours) before sending email.

If you have query, please feel free to contact me. We look forward to your reply.

    Sincerely,

Etta Ma MSFT | Microsoft Community Moderator
