    Dear Herbert,

Good Day! Thank you for your clarification. I performed testing on my end to try to reproduce the similar issue, however it works well on my end; after consulting on this, we believe this issue should be investigated on the backend. We suggest creating an official Microsoft support ticket via the M365 admin center so that the engineer may use their proper tool to diagnose this.

    Sincerely,

    Dear Herbert (Spencer)"),

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with 1 minute delay issue when sending calendars invite as a delegate. Before moving forward, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.

Kindly share the following information with us:

    1. What version of Outlook does she have?
    2. Have you tried to start Outlook in safe mode to see whether the issues are caused by any add-ins?
    3. Which account settings did she have, POP3, IMAP, or Exchange?
    4. Does the issue persist if user send a calendar from Outlook on the web?
    5. Will the same issues occur if another test user account is opened in a new profile in Outlook and configured as the calendar delegate?

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
