Single use code emails

Question

Hi y’all

I created a Microsoft account via iCloud.com email address and when I try to sign in to the Microsoft account email is ___@___.___ and click on ___@___.___ the email and click on get code and I get the email saying the following: Hi ___@___.___,

We received your request for a single-use code to use with your Microsoft account.

Your single-use code is: 1163687

If you didn't request this code, you can safely ignore this email. Someone else might have typed your email address by mistake.
