Hi
Our emails were hacked a few weeks ago and our account has since been repaired.
The only issue we are left with is that a lot of our emails are being directed into our customers spam folders. Any ideas out there about how we fix this?
Thanks
Bridge

Hi Bridge,
Thanks for the update. May I know whether this issue happen with every recipients or specific recipient?
Have you configured DKIM and DMARC for Office 365? If not, we recommend to configure DKIM and DMARC for Office 365. When you configure DKIM, you authorize your domain to associate, or sign, its name to an email message by using cryptographic authentication. Email systems that receive email from your domain can use this digital signature to help determine if incoming email that they receive is legitimate.
You may refer to link Use DKIM to validate outbound email sent from your custom domain. Next, see Use DMARC to validate email.
If there is anything unclear, please feel free to let us know. We will be glad to help you.
Best regards,
Shyamal
was hacked a few weeks ago. Out to our contacts asking them to open up an invoice with a strange subject header that wasn't in the normal format we send out.
How do you tell if your email is hacked I recently received an email in my junk mailbox that stated my account have been access from Nigeria and I don’t wanna click on the link because I don’t know if it’s authentic from Microsoft how can you tell or get a hold of somebody from Microsoft that can tell you if they sent you an authentic email?
