'Decryption Failed' error showing when trying to unsubscribe from a mailing list

I subscribed to a promotion by mistake and I have been trying to unsubscribe from their mailing list for months now and everytime an error pops up saying "Deception Failed". I have never faced this issue in Gmail. Thus, I have no idea what to do as these mails have become really annoying. Any help is appreciated. Many thanks

What you can do is to right click on the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the mail, then select "Copy Link". Then copy this link to your preferred browser. If you encountered the issue, you should contact the promotion's website to unsubscribe you to their promotion's mail.

Since you are redirected to their web page it means that this is an issue their website.

Yes, the error is showing when I click on the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the mail, which directs me to the promotions webpage. When I confirm the "Yes, Unsubscribe" option, it says "Decryption Failed"

As I am not very well versed in IT or tech, I can't figure a way out. Thanks for responding, though
