My outlook account I can not access or seem too be able to answer the questions asked. Recovery email has been change to a @yxa1024.com email address and phone number is different last 2 numbers shown.

How do I get access if everything has been changed.No answers seem too work.

Since your security information was changed, in order to recover your account you will need to go through the link below to request for Account Recovery. You’ll be asked for info, like the subject lines of email you recently sent from your account, your birthdate, credit card info, and other details only you would know. You don't have to know every answer, and it's ok to be close if you don't know the exact answer.
This form should help validate your identity and account ownership. Fill in as much information as you can. This process may take up to 24 hours.

It did still let me in too my account, who knows how long it’s been since I used it. It could be all changed and others made from it?
