Sorry you feel that this the response doesn't resolve the issue but given the information you have provided, there is nothing anyone can do or check from within the forum - we do not have access to any user accounts - we are users assisting other users in a public user support forum so the only people who can check your issue as it pertains to your account are the Outlook.com support folks

    Hello CM_87

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

#1 - Given that you have confirmed that the alias addresses appear under

    https://account.live.com/names/manage

    AND

#2 - That these alias addresses can be used to <sign-in> which actually should make no difference to being able to send.recieve email using the alias address

Would suggest that you contact Outlook.com support team who are able to check yur account which is not something anyone in the forum can do

To contact Outlook.com support, log into your Outlook.com account using a browser and click on the ? (top right) - if Outlook.com shows the new ribbon - click on "Help' and then the ?

    #1 - Enter your question

#2 - When the results are returned, scroll down to the end of the returned results and click on <Yes> under the question "Still need help?"

    #3 - Proceed accordingly

    .
