On every sync I receive the message "Can't save zero byte message (0.001 + 0.000 secs)". Is there an easy way to find these? I deleted and reinstalled my mail account with no luck. I'm on OS 12.1 Outlook v. 16.57. Thank you

f I create the new profile and delete the old will my mail re populate on restart in the new profile?

Yes, if you make a new profile, it will repopulate - but if you are using POP or have stuff in the "On my computer" folders, export them first, so you can import them in the new profile.

This is your other thread - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com... - if you click on your name, it will bring you to a list of your threads, or threads you are following.

Hello, I have no idea what is happening with my abiity to connect with tech support...but another advisor posted after you and suggested creating a new profile. Replying to them always brings me back to you: if I create the new profile and delete the old will my mail re populate on restart in the new profile? Thank you

    Hello Wally,

I'm Diane, an Office Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook, and I’m happy to help you today.

What type of email account are you using - POP, IMAP, or Outlook/com/Microsoft Account?

Removing the account and adding it back might fix it.
