Rule disabled automatically

Dear All,

I've been facing a problem with the outlook.com email rules for a while and it's still going on and I haven't been able to solve it.

I made a rule that forward emails from a specific sender (commercial website) To a specific receiver (Gmail account) including the attachment.

It works a few times fine and then is disabled automatically!

Then I re-enable it, then it works a few times fine and then is disabled automatically again!

I stopped using Office Outlook, but the problem persists.

I browse my email via outlook.com or windows email.

any idea?
