Automatic replies on outlook.com

I have just set up a new outlook email account for my YouTube channel and I want to set up an automatic reply for when people email me. When I go to automatic replies in my settings, it just shows me a message saying "Unable to load these settings. Please try again later."

Why is this happening?

    It is an outlook.com (or hotmail) address, correct?

    Some of the features are not enabled immediately, but as far as I can recall, automatic replies is enabled from the start.

    You can contact outlook.com support - they can take a look at it and make sure it was provisioned correctly.

    Log into Outlook.com on the web using a PC or Mac.

    Click the ? icon to open the Help menu.

    Type a question. Scroll to the end of the research results and click Yes for Still need help?.

    Hi. thanks for replying.

    No that link doesn't work. the issue is still there. I have tried multiple browsers, 2 different computers and 2 different phones and it just displays the same message every single time. I always allow cookies on every website I visit. I have tried setting the account up with various desktop clients and the automatic reply (out of office) option is just non-existent

    Also, my main Outlook account that I've had since 2014 allows me to load the automatic replies setting just fine so I believe this could be an error with the specific account I created just yesterday (25 Sep 22)

    Do you have 3rd party cookies disabled? If so, enable them and try again - if it doesn't work, use in-app support to contact outlook.com support. They can report it as a bug.

    Do you have office desktop software? If so, you can add the account to outlook and set up the autoreply in it.
