Export contacts from Exchange

Hi

Our client will move emails from exchange to self hosting (some hosting provider) How can we move or export contacts, since exchange is using suggested contacts as I understand?

Hi Gregor,

Thank you for posting. When you say "exchange is using suggested contacts", may I know whether you mean Suggested Contacts folder or suggested recipients in the Auto-Complete List?

Generally, we can export contacts from Exchange using Outlook desktop client. You may refer to the article for detailed steps: Export contacts from Outlook

However, as per the article we can no longer add contacts to the Suggested Contacts folder. See under Note

Moreover, if want to export the suggested recipients Auto-Complete List. Here is the article for your reference, see under Copy the AutoComplete list
