Background:I have two outlook email address, one is for personal one is a university account, and I subscript Windows 365 for home. I plan to save all my emails (only the emails in my personal email address not university account) to my computer and delete the emails on server, because my email is attacked, I want to keep my information safe. I just find the outlook app has a default setting Allow analysis of sent emails to identify people you commonly email and subjects you commonly discuss, and upload this information to the default Sharepoint Server. Does this means some information or email or something else was automatically uploaded to Sharepoint?

What I am really concern is that although I deleted emails from my outlook server, it still exist on sharepoint server. Could you please tell me how this setting works? and how should I do to delete emails from

The last question is that does there any other setting allow my emails or information uploads to another microsoft software servers? and what should I do to delete all these information from all microsoft software servers?

You fail to mention who the mail provider is for these two accounts

If IMAP or Exchange the mail is on the server, what you see on the PC is a cached copy of the server mail

Have you set two factor authentication for these mail accounts?
