Outlook Application on Android does not sync emails on Mobile Data.

Hello,

I have been using Outlook Application for a while. For almost over past few months I have faced issues when viewing emails over mobile network. Emails download fine when connected to Wifi but when switched to mobile network, the email shows up in notifications but doesn't show up in the application.

When I refresh the application, I get a message No Internet Connection.

I am on the latest version of the application on a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G phone with Android 13 installed.

I have searched for answers in the community but couldn't get a fix.

Thanks

Aditya

    Dear Aditya Khare,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Regarding your post, as query only occurs while you connected with mobile data, so may I know have you check with reboot your phone, Enable Airplane mode for a couple of minutes. Disable it, connect to a network, and check again? If not, kindly check with it. If still same query occurs, to further check this issue, it is recommended to kindly contact our Outlook for Android dedicated team, where technical engineers specialize in these related issues, and experts will focus on inquiries to further assist you.
