Missing Emails from the Weekend

Went to the beach with my family this weekend, horrible WiFi in resort and phone barely worked. Logged onto laptop from home today. Apparently my mailbox was full. It would have been nice to know this through the app.

I deleted quite a few emails, emptied Junk folder, renewed my subscription for more space and emails are slowly starting to trickle in. But what happens to those emails from the weekend? How do I retrieve those? Or are they just lost forever...!?! :(

Please, please, please let me know!

Also, why don't you all have a support phone number!?! I work in tech and not everything can be addressed by FAQs and troubleshooting tips. I've looked all morning, nothing that you have published helps my situation. Again, please, please, please help! Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Hello Kami RH,

Welcome to the Microsoft community and enjoy the time you've spent sharing detailed information. I understand that your problem is that you cannot retrieve your weekend emails because your mailbox storage is full. If my understanding is wrong, please correct me in the answer. I am pleased to offer you assistance on this issue.

We understand your eagerness to get your emails back. And we fully understand the inconvenience caused by the problem and that the current situation can be frustrating. At the same time, we are also sorry that the articles and troubleshooting provided did not solve your problem.

In your current situation, because your mailbox storage space is full, the emails sent over the weekend were bounced back by the server. In fact, you did not receive the emails sent by the sender, so you cannot see the emails over the weekend. But in this case your sender should receive a reminder or bounce email and need them to resend the email before you can see the email again.

Also, you can contact Microsoft Online Technical Support by clicking here, they should be able to help you as well.

We need to go through a series of steps to find the true cause of the problem. If the steps above don't solve your problem, please let me know and I will continue to help you with the problem.

    Sincere greetings
