Auto-Forward Rules on Shared ID Sending Duplicates

My department has taken over management of four locations and we are looking to downsize to one shared mailbox, instead of 4. Essentially, we want to automatically forward anything that comes into 3 of the 4 mailboxes to the fourth. However, when an e-mail comes in, the rule runs appropriately, once for each of the inbox's users who are running outlook at the time.

    1. At the top of the page, select SettingsSettingsView all Outlook settings.
    2. Select Mail > Forwarding.
    3. Do one of the following:
      • To turn on forwarding, select Start forwarding, enter the forwarding email address and select Save. **Note:**Select the Keep a copy of forwarded messages check box if you want a copy of the original message to remain in your mailbox.

Do this in 3 mail boxes whose emails you want to forward in fourth email.
