Image isn't showing in my email signature on Outlook

I have created a new email signature using Hubspot. I've copied it into my Outlook signatures and everything shows correctly except that the image isn't displaying either from my end or when I send a test email. The image is visible in Hubspot (it is a PNG logo linked from my Google Drive account). I am using the Outlook desktop version. I have checked that HTML is selected. Please can you advise?

    Hi there,

I have an html signature that I had coded for our company. I use a Mac desktop computer. For the first email in a thread the images in the signature show up, but they disappear and just show the image titles or X's in replies across all different emailing platforms (Gmail, outlook etc). Can you please help resolve the issue?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I have tried both of those options already and neither has resolved the problem. Basically when I copy and paste the signature from Hubspot into Outlook everything pastes correctly but there is a blank square where the image should be.

    Hi Mostafa

I also encountered this issue, but found that it most often happens on phone, where the Outlook App isn't including the image in autosignatures from our organisation. Might you propose a solution to this as well?

    Thank you in advance!

    Andreas

I'm sorry to hear that. Outlook might have image blocking enabled, which prevents the automatic loading of images in emails. To disable image blocking, go to "File" > "Options" > "Trust Center" > "Trust Center Settings" > "Automatic Download" and make sure the "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML email messages or RSS items" option is unchecked.

Instead of linking to the image hosted on Google Drive, try embedding the image directly into your email signature. To do this, you'll need to save the image from Google Drive to your computer and then insert it into your signature using the "Insert Picture" option in Outlook's signature editor. This ensures the image is included within the email rather than relying on external links.

    Try to repair Microsoft Office.

If you still have issues could you please try on another PC to check if the issue persists? Thank you.
