Correct .ics file structure containing multiple events

Hi,

I have an issue with the way outlook (both the web version and the mac desktop app) imports a .ics file containing multiple events. Only the first event gets imported into the calendar, the rest are ignored. The .ics is sent from a php script. I have tried multiple fixes, but have found no working solution. Can you please take a look at the following ics and tell me what the issue might be. Thank you in advance.
