- May I please confirm if you are using Exchange, IMAP or POP email account?
- May I please confirm if default browser is selected under Link handling in Advance option? if you haven't check it yet, please kindly open your Outlook go to File-->Options-->Advanced-->Scroll to Link handling then choose Default browser-->Ok then close outlook and restart your Outlook and check if there is any difference.
