I can't find the sent folders in 3rd party mail accounts I'm using with outlook. I've gone into options and ticked the "save sent messages to sent folder" option but I don't see an actual sent message folder. Help please...

both are imap set up with the ports suggested by the providers, SSl on, authorisation on and correct password (I'm able to send emails, i just can't see where they are stored when they're gone. I can however find them if i do a specific search

Please tell me which type of third party accounts they are and how you have setup in Outlook ? using POP3 or IMAP ?

Hi Prakash , thanks. Unfortunately that was the first thing I did and they still don’t work (2 different email accounts). I can find sent mail if I do a specific search but there is no folder containing them.

For Non-Microsoft accounts please Check Select File > Options > Mail.
Scroll down to Save messages and make sure the check box for Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder is checked.
