SCOM agent state showing healthy and grey colour

Hi,

I have observed SCOM 2019 environment agent showing healthy and grey color state but alerts are receiving from the agent server. Please help for fixing the agent state from grey color to green color.

    Grey agent is common problems and MS provide useful web information on troubleshoot.

    More common troubleshoot technique
    Method 1 :

    • Stop the health service.
    • Clear the agent cache.
    • Start the health service.

    Method 2:

    • In the Monitoring workspace, expand Operations Manager and then expand Agent Details.
    • Click Agent Health State.
    • In Agent State, select an agent.
    • In the Tasks pane, click Flush Health Service State and Cache.

    To resolve the issue in this scenario, please try the following steps:

    Apply the appropriate hotfix to the affected operating systems.
    Exclude the agent cache from antivirus scanning. For more information, see Recommendations for antivirus exclusions that relate to Operations Manager.
    Stop the health service.
    Clear the agent cache.
    Start the health service.
