Method 1 :
- Stop the health service.
- Clear the agent cache.
- Start the health service.
Method 2:
- In the Monitoring workspace, expand Operations Manager and then expand Agent Details.
- Click Agent Health State.
- In Agent State, select an agent.
- In the Tasks pane, click Flush Health Service State and Cache.
