Cannot SEND Emails: "Remote Server returned '550 5.1.8 Access denied, bad outbound sender AS(42004)'"

Hello I have been flagged for sending SPAM for some reason. My outbound emails are undeliverable and here is the error code: Remote Server returned '550 5.1.8 Access denied, bad outbound sender AS(42004)'. Can I fix this in Office/Outlook or do I have to log in to Office 365 web? Please provide instructions. Thank you!

    Hi, MirandaGwill36.

    This issue occurs because your account has been compromised (hacked) by phishing or malware and for security it has been locked. To fix this problem you will need to contact your administrator to have them remove the blocked account from the restricted users page. After unlocking the account, the user can resume sending messages in a few hours.
