Thanks for the help, yes our it is GoDaddy business account. Will contact support and ask them to look at it as you have suggested.

500.5.7.708 is Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP: This error occurs when sending email from known, low reputation IP addresses that are typically used by new customers.
Are you sending from a new Microsoft business tenant (includes a new GoDaddy email account) ? This can be triggered when you are trying out a Microsoft 365 trial tenant; I've also seen a number of new GoDaddy accounts get this error.
You'll need to contact support - if its a trial tenant, you need to request an exception for the low reputation IP address until you're able to purchase licenses.
I'm not sure what GoDaddy support needs to do to fix it, but they will be the ones to fix it for GoDaddy accounts.
