Javascript for PDF to Email

Is there a script that enables a Adobe PDF fillable form to be submitted via a submit button that opens the outlook email with the PDF attached but with no To: field filled out allowing the person to select who they want to send the form to.

I have completed a script that enables: the To field, the cc field and Bcc field along with subject and body fields, however when I removed the script targeting the To: field the script does not function.

I have also used the submit form function, however it is singular option or send to multiple people.

I have 11 trainers of which anyone of them would be marking the document and I want the student to be able to select the appropriate trainer they are dealing with.

Would anybody Know a script that will enable this to occur.
