Auto Reply to Message Containing Specific Terms

I want to set up a rule so that Outlook does the following, when a message is received containing a specific phrase:

  • Move the email to a folder of my choosing
  • Mark the email as read
  • Reply to the message with a reply I draft, copying a colleague in, but also ensure the original message is contained within the reply

I've managed to set the rule up to do everything listed above, apart from the final point- it seems to be replying as a new message, without the body of the original message in it. Is there any way to ensure it does include the original message, just as would happen if I was replying manually and copying a colleague in on my reply?
