Hello,
I am using Outlook with Office 365 through portal.office.com on Chrome. In the ribbon where I see all other buttons like "Delete" "Archive" etc. I don't see my "Reply" button. The only way I can reply to emails is by hitting the reply button that shows in each email.
I tried clicking the elipses-->Customize. Here I see all sorts of options for buttons I can either remove or add to the ribbon. Unfortunately, the only buttons not available are the "Reply" and "Reply All" options I am actually looking for.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Jordan

Kerry,
Thank you for the response. Here is what I'm seeing
This is a work computer for a job I just started. The first time I logged in I noticed I did not have the reply button. In my previous job for which I used portal.office.come on microsoft edge I had a reply and reply all button in the above ribbon.
I am currently using Chrome, but I tried all of your trouble shooting suggestions.
Yes, it's happening to every email. The only "trouble shooting" steps I tried was searching through options to see if perhaps it was just a matter of customizing that ribbon, but I couldn't find any options to add the buttons I wanted. I already tried the elipses shown in the above picture, that allowed me to customize the ribbon, but it did not offer the reply or reply all buttons.
Best Regards,
Jordan
