I’ve created folders to sort my mail by the sender, so I can get to emails from people I need to first. But I’m not receiving the push notification from my phone when I receive an email that goes to one of those folder. I only receive email notifications that go to the collective inbox. I’ve tried this suggested fix but there isn’t a “all emails” selection on the iOS app.
This does NOT work on iPhones.
Please go to Outlook Settings > Notifications > > Notification > and choose all Email.
I’ve tried ALL the fixes I’ve found from google and nothing fixes this. It’s very frustrating to have important emails come in that go unanswered for an extended amount of time when I’m out of pocket. PLEASE get this fixed asap! Thank you in advance!
